Strengthening Kenya's Space Capabilities 

As part of the ongoing cooperation in space matters between the Kenya Space Agency (KSA) and the Italian Space Agency (ASI) held a capacity building training on space based ground support infrastructure and remote sensing systems operations.
The training held between 20- 24th January 2025, at the Luigi Broglio Malindi Space Centre brought together experts from KSA and ASI to exchange ideas and best practices in practical areas of remote satellite tracking and data management.
These are critical areas of space operations geared towards developing National space capabilities. The KSA- ASI partnership is a testimony to the international cooperation. The mutual beneficial partnership in space science and technology will enhance Kenya’s capacity to harness the full potential of space technology for national social economic development.
